DetailRadius Fleet Service Agreement
This is a month-to-month service agreement between the customer named above ("Customer") and DetailRadius ("we", "us"). By signing, the Customer requests recurring mobile detailing service on the schedule selected above.
1. Service
We coordinate vetted local detailers to service the Customer's vehicles at the Customer's location on the selected cadence. Exact appointment windows are scheduled with the Customer for each cycle.
2. Pricing
The per-vehicle and monthly figures shown are good-faith estimates based on the vehicle count and service level selected. The final per-vehicle rate is confirmed in writing before the first service; the monthly total varies with the number of vehicles actually serviced each cycle. Tips are optional and always 100% the detailer's.
3. Billing
Completed services are billed to the Customer on a single monthly invoice, payable via the payment method on file. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
4. Scheduling & access
The Customer agrees to provide reasonable access to the vehicles and a suitable on-site area for detailing. Cycles missed due to lack of access may be rescheduled.
5. Term & cancellation
This agreement is month-to-month with no minimum term. Either party may cancel or pause with 14 days' written notice (a reply to your confirmation email is fine). Completed services remain payable.
6. Not legal/financial advice
This is a plain-language service agreement, not legal advice. It reflects the working relationship between the Customer and DetailRadius and can be adjusted by mutual agreement.
